How to Return or Exchange a Watch
You may easily return or exchange your watch within 30 days from the purchase date, provided that the watch remains brand new, unused, and fulfils these simple guidelines:

The watch must function perfectly without any defects.

It must have no scratches, dents, or any visible signs of damage.

The bracelet should not have been resized, adjusted, or altered in any way.

All original tags should remain intact and in their original positions.

Original proof of purchase, the watch's original box, packaging, and accompanying documents should be included.
For Returns
If, for any reason, you're not fully happy with your watch, that's perfectly okay! Our friendly 30-day money-back guarantee lets you return the watch, provided it's in pristine condition and within 30 days from purchase. Please note that the shipping, handling, and packaging expenses associated with the return will be your responsibility. Additionally, if your order included complimentary shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from the refund.
For Exchanges
Received a watch that's not quite what you expected? No worries—you can exchange it easily for another model you prefer. However, please keep in mind that you'll need to cover shipping costs both ways. You're welcome to choose any other watch from our extensive collection. If there is a price difference, we'll either refund you the difference or request that you pay the additional amount, depending on the selection.
