We can assist by submitting the claim on your behalf or you may handle it independently. Should we file the claim for you and it is approved, we will promptly refund the claim amount. Please note that the entire process can take approximately two to four weeks.

Warranty and Dealer Status

All watches purchased from Zeta Watches come with either our own warranty or the manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand.

• Manufacturer Warranty: If your watch is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please follow the warranty booklet instructions and work directly with the authorized service center.

• Our Warranty: If your watch is protected by our warranty and requires repair, simply email us the details and any supporting photographs. If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, we will request that you return the watch to us. Repairs under warranty are at our expense, and we will return the watch to you once service is complete. Shipping
