Watches with Manufacturer Warranty

If your watch is covered by a manufacturer's warranty and local authorized service centers in the USA can't assist, simply reach out to us. We’ll gladly handle the repair process for you. All you have to do is send us the watch, and our experienced team will ensure it's fully repaired and returned to you in excellent working condition.

Specific Brands

We proudly provide our own warranty for high-end brands including Sevenfriday, Oris, Tag Heuer, and Longines. Additionally, Zeta Watches offers in-house warranties on these premium brands, ensuring complete peace of mind and trust in your purchase.

Our Special 60-Day Warranty

With our exclusive in-house brand, Ratio Watches, we offer an unbeatable 60-day return policy. If you're not entirely satisfied, just return the watch within 60 days, unused and in its original condition, for a complete refund or an exchange. No questions asked—we make it easy for you.

Important Warranty Information

To keep your warranty valid, please ensure your watch isn't serviced or repaired by third-party providers. Our experienced technicians can easily determine if a watch has undergone unauthorized servicing, and if this occurs, your warranty coverage will become void. As such, the watch will not be accepted.
